Is the JSON feed on the free plan too?
Yes. The changelog feed, the roadmap feed, the widget and the hosted page are on both plans. The free plan limits how many repositories you connect and how many entries get drafted, never how you serve them.
What happens when I add more repositories?
On the Team plan, adding repositories does not change your bill. It is one flat price for unlimited repositories.
What counts as an AI generation?
Each changelog entry Changeloop drafts from a merged pull request counts as one generation. Editing a draft before you publish it does not use another one.
Do I need an account to start?
Yes. You create a free account, install the GitHub App on a repository, and your feed id is waiting in Settings, on the Feed and widget tab.
Is there a feedback loop from users back to GitHub issues?
Yes. Feedback submitted through your embedded widget opens a labelled issue in your own repository, tagged bug or feature-request with a priority and a from-widget label, so it lands in your normal triage flow. The issue only ever carries the message and an opaque reference; the submitter's email address never appears in it. When you approve the changelog entry that ships the fix, we comment on the issue with a link to what shipped, and the person who sent it can see the status in the widget. We do not send them an email, that part is not built yet.
What does Changeloop read from my repository?
The title and description of pull requests that merge into your default branch, plus repository metadata. It never asks for your source code, and it works through short-lived GitHub App installation tokens. See the privacy policy for details.
